Not even Death

Bit of the Story:
His fingers began to twitch as life was slowly coming back to him. His eyes opened carefully and blinked rapidly, his eyelashes fluttering in an attempt to see. All that was seen was the blackness of the krypt he was thrown into after his death. The muscles in his arm jumped around in his skin in a spasm as he reached up to open the case of his coffin. Seeing his strength had not yet returned, he had to use both arms and push the weight of his body to thrust the case open. The dim light of the lit torch was enough to make him blink serveral times before he was finally able to see. He began to raise himself from this hellish grave, ignoring every ouch of pain that felt like thousands of needles poking at him from every angle.
His ash-black hair fell around him and his bronzed skin glimmered from the bare light. His mind set only on his killer, the spell he put on himself before his death would last just enough to fulfill his revenge. His lips parted as he began to whisper to himself with barely a voice. His voice deep and rich with a Egyptian acent, "Not even death will stop me..."

What's fixed:
You're probably thinking "I've seen this picture before, or simliar to it" Well, I re-submitted it. I fixed quite a few things, tried to make everything look more natural. I have the old version saved and I look at it back and forth and look at the big difference. The main one being the shadowing. *nods* Yup big difference. I also changed the hair a bit and made the webs look more realistic. I also took out the words and added a little bit of the story here. Bet you guys didn't realize that the spider web in the corner was always there.

More Info:
I like how the spider webs look now. I fixed them up with my new brush that I made myself. It's also the brush I used to make the feathers on the Chocobo in my Easter picture and fixed this guy's hair with. Btw, this guy's name is Yikura. This is really character, but we all basically use the same characters and stuff. He's just an interesting character and fun to draw. Because he's Egyptian he should've been mumified, but I didn't want to draw all those bandages and stuff.

Edit:
well, I fixed it again. I gave him one eye cause all that thick hair in his face was too unrealistic. This eye gives it more of a real feel and a scary feeling. I don't want to mess with him lol. I fixed some of his skin too. Made his torso a little more "meaty" and added some pale yellow highlights in his skin and hair from the reflection of the torch that isn't seen. I'm actually considering putting a few scattered bandages around him and hanging off of him. Thinking that might look cool and add to the effect.
